DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mr Browns offers complementary FREE UK shipping on all orders. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday excluding bank/national holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Order lead time is 3-7 working days to be processed and shipped. If we are unable to fulfil your order a refund will be processed. 

Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are unable to amend the delivery, payment and any other information such as colour, size and the number of items once an order has been shipped.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day. All orders will require a signature on delivery,

If we are unable to source your order within the lead time above, we will process a full refund. We will update you on any delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be shipped using DHL/UPS/Royal Mail.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.
