Mr Browns offers complimentary UK shipping on all orders over £50.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Shipping times begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

No changes (e.g. address, size, quantity) can be made once an order has shipped
Missed deliveries will be reattempted the next working day
If we’re unable to fulfil your order within the lead time, a full refund will be issued. Additional time may be needed during sales or holiday periods.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or accept address changes after dispatch.
Most international orders are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination country.
