All orders will needed to be placed by Friday 20th December 23:59 to be arrive before Christmas
What days are you open during Christmas?
We will only be closed on Christmas Day and New years day. We will be operating on Christmas Eve & Boxing day and New years Eve.

Delivery
How long is delivery time?
Delivery takes 3-7 working days.(Excluding weekend) If there are any delays with your order, we will get in contact with you.
Do you offer Worldwide Shipping?
Yes! All international orders will be shipped using DHL Express, UPS, DPD and Royal Mail.
Can I get my order earlier?
We have some products that are available for same day personal delivery if local to Bristol and same day shipping for next day delivery. Alternatively, If you would like a product urgently, please order directly on Whatsapp.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
On this rare occasion, please message us on Whatsapp right away after the 3-7 working days (Excluding weekends) timeframe has passed and we will make sure to see to the issue right away.

Do you accept returns?
Mr Browns accepts returns online for an exchange (for a different size or online voucher) or refund 14 days from you receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied with your order. This excludes items that were discounted due to faults or pre-owned items. Please read below for our Terms and Condition.
Is there a returns label?
We do not offer returns labels. You will need to pay for your return postage. The responsibility of the product will remain yours until it arrives with us. For this reason, we would advise you to send your exchange with tracked postage.
