ONLINE RETURNS
Mr Browns Exclusive accepts returns online for an exchange (for a different size or credit note) or a refund 14 days from you receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied with your order. This excludes items that were discounted due to faults or pre-owned items. Please read below for our Terms and Conditions.
Sale Items: No refunds on sale items. Exchange or credit note only.
Alternatively, you can choose the option of a credit note which can be used online with no expiry date. Item must be in stock via our website and can not be used upon sourced items.
Please ensure to notify us via email if you would like to exchange your item. Your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days once your exchange or refund has been confirmed to meet our guidelines.
You will need to pay for your return postage. The responsibility of the product will remain yours until it arrives with us. For this reason, we would advise you to send your exchange with tracked postage, ensure that you include your return address on the parcel. Please ensure to include your name and order number with your return. Once your item has been received and processed by us, your return will be processed accordingly. Please be advised that returns/exchanges can take up to 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) to be processed.
Returned items that do not meet the guidelines set out in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.

No refund or exchange on items that were specifically sourced in for you. Therefore, please ensure you check that your order is correct before finalising an order with our sourcing team.

Exchanges are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases from Mr Brown's Exclusive. However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion and future orders may be rejected.
Where you have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
