Very friendly customer service and prompt replies with voice notes which make you feel like you’re not talking to a robot. Old t shirt was returned with larger size ordered and refund arriving in good time also.

Condition of both t shirts were immaculate, will definitely be ordering from Mr Browns exclusive again the future.

They went to ship them out then saw there was a tiny scuff so decided to source another pair&sent them straight away with next day delivery so they came in time for her birthday. The owner kept apologising which I felt he didn’t need to. It was very kind of them to decide to sorce another pair specially when they’re hard to get hold of.
